In this week’s episode, your host’s Cassie Parks and Ginny Gane are elaborating on the topic of how, when, and with whom to talk about what doesn’t feel good.
This topic came up at the end of last week's episode (Having a Happy AND a Crappy Day | Episode 251), but the girls thought it best to give it it’s own episode.
To start this episode, you will learn the top 3 myths about negative emotions and the Law of Attraction.
First, Cassie and Ginny will debunk the myth that to manifest what you want you cannot talk about the negative and will teach you how to productively talk about these feelings so that you speed up your manifesting.
The next myth the girls will shine light on is that there are “bad” emotions and why it is critical to allow yourself to feel all emotions equally and without judgement.
The final myth Cassie and Ginny will discuss is the myth that having bad feelings will slow down your manifesting, and why this is simply not the case.
